I’m relieved to know it went ok.  I really didn’t think that Kyo could make a full recovery in that amount of time, but I think he would have felt worse if he hadn’t been able to go ahead.  At least he can have more rest now.

The set list was no great surprise really and although I’m sad I didn’t get to see Macabre and Jealous the rest of it was fairly standard so I don’t feel like I missed out on too much.  Thanks for posting about it :)
